Excellent service and very comprehensive!

From start to finish, Lance, Alex, Caesar and Jude were nothing short of excellent. I was briefed extensively by Lance and Alex on the process from start to finish. As a result I felt at ease knowing the job would be executed thoroughly and the delicate furnishings throughout the home would be treated with care. I would strongly suggest enlisting the services of each and every member of this team. These guys deserve a raise for their excellent work ethic, communication and extense knowledge of their craft!.

They did a great job. The airflow has increased dramatically. It was a lot bigger job than I thought. I couldn't believe they found a dead mouse.

I had Monster Vac out today, and the service was fantastic. Alex and Kevin did an awesome job communicating what they were going to do and then over delivering on the service. I would HIGHLY recommend Monster Vac, and Alex and Kevin.

Alex arrived at our house at the scheduled time. He told us that his coworker called out so he would be alone that day. He came in and explained the entire process in detail. Alex laid down tarps then carefully brought in his hoses taking time to bring the tarps up the protect walls where the hoses were close. He carefully removed the return air vents after the builder had caulked the edges. Alex thoroughly cleaned the vents, showing us the progress along the way. As Alex transitioned from one part of the process to another, he took time to explain what he was doing. He vacuumed and cleaned throughout the process. We were extremely satisfied and cannot recommend Alex and MonsterVac enough.

My name is Jon Williams and I had the pleasure of having Alex and Sam out at my house in Castle Rock to clean all of my air ducts. I heard how cleaning our air ducts could improve the air quality of our house and help with allergies. We moved in our home 6 years ago and we have pets and the previous owners had them too, out of desperation for my wife’s allergies we decided it was time to try Monster Vac. We could not fit this appointment into our schedule between Monday and Friday and we were very grateful when Alex and Sam volunteered to come out on a Saturday to get us taken care of! Both of them were extremely courteous, polite, and very knowledgeable. Alex took the time to explain to me their entire process so that I knew exactly what to expect before they got started. He also showed me that they cleaned all of their tools and utensils prior to using them in our HVAC system to prevent cross-contamination from other homes. Once they were done, they showed me all of the before and after pictures and made sure that I was happy. To be honest the before pictures were disgusting with loads of dog hair lining the air ducts, it was obvious this was way overdue! The after pictures were impressive, they did a fantastic job! Furthermore, my wife has struggled with allergies for many, many years and woke up every morning sneezing and watering eyes. After the air duct cleaning, the VERY next day we had instant improvement! No more constant sneezing and no more watering eyes! I would strongly recommend Monster Vac to any of my neighbors, friends or family who are in need of getting their air ducts cleaned. The whole entire time they were here they respected my house and made sure that everything was cleaned up behind them once they were done. Again, a HUGE shout out to Alex and Sam for taking such great care of our HVAC system, and our entire household!!

Just bought a 17 year old, 2 HVAC system house last with cats (plural)... and we're allergic. Yes, we can all vacuum carpets, wash down walls, and wipe baseboards but certainly can't get far enough into the HVAC vents to clean years of dust, dead bugs, and fine floaty cat hair properly.

Monster Vac can and did - the techs respected the house, our time, and the necessity of a very thorough job.

Worth every penny paid and won't both price shopping next time - we know who to call.

Demetre and his assistant worked very hard in cleaning the ducts. We had Monster Vac clean our home in 2006 so twenty years of debris had to be removed. They also removed the lint from the dryer vent.
