SCOPE OF WORK
As part of a large remodel and retrofit project Monster Vac was contracted to perform maintenance and restoration work on two large air handlers. Belts were removed and blowers serviced. Coils fins were straightened out and then cleaned and restored to original pressure drop readings. Drain pans were repaired. Re-Heat coils throughout the system were serviced. Outside air dampers and mixing plenum dampers were adjusted and repaired. Damaged insulation was replaced in the air handler cabinet. The entire length of the supply air ducts and return air ducts were inspected and cleaned. Diffusers were secured and repaired where necessary.
