SCOPE OF WORK
Monster Vac was contracted by GC at the request of the Building Commissioning Agent. Monster Vac performed maintenance and restoration services at Holmes Middle School and Mitchell High School. Services included disassembling air handlers to access restricted heating and cooling coils. Coils were cleaned and restored. Pressure drop readings were taken and documented for each unit. New filtration systems were installed. Blowers were serviced on both supply and return air handlers. VAV boxes and Mixing boxes were serviced and adjusted. All supply and return air ducts were inspected and cleaned as necessary. Job was inspected and approved by Building Commissioning agent.
