SCOPE OF WORK
Heather Gardens is a large Senior Retirement community. Monster Vac was contracted by Heather Gardens to perform a variety of HVAC maintenance and repair tasks. Services included air handler maintenance including filter changes, blower maintenance, air duct cleaning, coil maintenance and cleaning, insulation replacement on the interior of air handlers as well as insulation replacement on the outside of air ducts that were exposed to weather. Exhaust systems were serviced including blowers, belts and bearings. Digital photo documentation was taken of every facet of the services and submitted in report format. .
