SCOPE OF WORK
Liggins Tower went under a renovation project that was sponsored by a HUD project. Monster Vac was hired by the GC to perform maintenance and restoration services on the HVAC systems that serviced the residences. Our service including removing blower motor and blower assembly. We had to take them outside to clean them. After cleaning a new motor was installed. Once the blowers were out we were able to access the chilled water coils. We performed cleaning and restoration services on the coils. We then reinstalled the blower motor assembly back in the units. We then cycled the units and checked for proper operation.
