SCOPE OF WORK
Monster Vac was contracted to assist the General Contractor in bringing the existing HVAC system up to Lockheed Martins standards. Monster Vac completely refurbished the air handling systems including performing maintenance on the blowers, blower wheels, cooling coils, heating coils and outside air damper systems. Exhaust systems were cleaned and adjusted. Mixing box system was cleaned. Each mixing box was disassembled, cleaned, adjusted and reinstalled to the system. Damaged air ducts were removed and replaced with new. Damaged duct liner was removed and replaced. Drain pans were cleaned and leveled to insure proper draining. Filters were changed. All supply and return air ducts were cleaned. Registers and diffusers were adjusted and repaired were necessary. The entire interior of the air conveyance system was documented by use of robotic video cameras. System was cycled multiple times to insure proper operation.
