SCOPE OF WORK
Raytheon Polar Services is the Headquarters for U.S. operations in Antarctica. All Antarctic activities are coordinated and managed from this office which is highly dependent on their computer systems. Monster Vac was contracted to perform maintenance and repairs on their HVAC systems that service the Server Rooms and Office areas. Services included air handler maintenance such as coil restoration, blower cleaning and aligning, cleaning and servicing of heat exchangers and heating components, Servicing re-heat and chilled water coils, Replacement of filters. In addition Monster Vac upgraded filtration systems to high efficiency system. Particle counts were measured throughout the building and other IAQ measurements were taken. Supply and return air duct systems were cleaned. Dampers and diffusers were secured and adjusted.
