SCOPE OF WORK
Monster Vac performed maintenance on the HVAC systems on this large 600,000 Square Foot Building. This included removing old exhaust systems and replacing with new exhaust ports. Demo old air ducts and air handlers and replace with new suspended units. Inspect clean and adjust old systems. Clean remaining supply and return air ducts. In addition Monster Vac Inc. performed lead abatement services in portions of system that were contaminated with lead dust. All work was performed by Monster Vac HAZWOPPER OSHA certified employees.
Filters were upgraded and changed throughout building. Belts were changed. Compressors were checked. All Condensor and Evaporator coils were cleaned and serviced. Outside air dampers were adjusted to let in minimum amounts of fresh air.
Air quality was monitored and logged by Industrial Hygienist for entire project. Upon Successful completion of project SCI was able to close on building and turn over ownership to new owner.
