SCOPE OF WORK
Monster Vac was contracted by the Town of Silverthorne to perform Maintenance on the HVAC systems at both their Recreation Center and their Town Hall. These systems included Package units, chiller units, Pool Pak units and Exhaust Systems. On all systems Monster Vac performed the following services. Air handler cabinets were disassembled. Blowers were serviced including belt changes, blower cleaning and greasing. Cooling Coils and Heating Coils were serviced and cleaned. Filter racks were repaired and cleaned. Dampers were reset and cleaned and serviced. Supply air ducts and return air ducts were cleaned. Fire sensors and in duct smoke detectors were cleaned. Temperature sensors were cleaned and re-positioned in air ducts. New filters were installed in all units. Systems were cycled and checked for proper operation.
