Monster Vac was contracted by the Air Force Academy to perform HVAC maintenance on the base pharmacy in building # 5136. This maintenance service included complete air handler cleaning. We also serviced the blower including the belts, bearings, and blower wheel. We serviced the heating coils and cooling coils. VAV boxes were opened up, inspected and cleaned. All supply air ducts and return air ducts were cleaned. Registers and diffusers were inspected, tightened to the air ducts. And then put back in service. The unit was energized and checked for proper operation.
