SCOPE OF WORK
Monster Vac was contracted to perform air handler maintenance on HVAC units at 80 branch banks around the state. Monster Vac set up a highly effective program for air handler maintenance. This program included communications between Corporate offices and Branch managers to make sure everyone was informed as to when we were performing maintenance and setting up schedules to lessen the impact of air conditioning systems being shut down for maintenance. Our service included;
-Condensor coil cleaning
-Evaporator coil cleaning
-Air handler cleaning
-Filter changing
-Coil restoration work
